Savage Construction Group focuses on high-end custom homes, additions and renovations using a hands-on, personal approach. Understanding that building or remodeling can be a stressful time, we are dedicated to giving our customers the time and attention that they deserve. Savage Construction Group typically only manages 1 to 2 projects at a time. This allows the owner, Ken Savage, to be on site managing each project himself. Owners are in direct contact with Ken throughout the entire project, not a hired employee.

About Ken
Ken Savage has a degree in Economics from Miami University and a MBA from The Jack C. Massey School of Business at Belmont University. He has a diverse background in construction and project management. He grew up in Oxford, Ohio, where his master craftsman father passed on his passion for construction. Ken’s appreciation and knowledge for construction grew as he spent his summers working for a residential home builder and operating a home improvement business with his family.
Following college, Ken spent six years in commercial construction management with The Turner Corporation. During this time he held leadership roles on numerous high profile projects, such as the Eskind Biomedical Library at Vanderbilt, the Tennessee Aquarium (Chattanooga), St. Jude Children’s Research Center (Memphis), Nashville Airport Concourse D, the National Corvette Museum (Bowling Green, KY) and the American General Building (Brentwood). Ken spent the next ten years in management roles with ALCOA and Ingram Entertainment Inc.
Ken’s dynamic background and passion for high quality construction management eventually led him to start his own company, Savage Construction Group, LLC in 2005. Since then he has been channeling his passion into new custom homes, amazing additions and incredible custom renovations.
